I will be posting my favorite quotes shortly, don’t worry!!

Goodreads Synopsis:

From the NEW YORK TIMES bestselling author of WAIT FOR YOU, this is the story of Cam and Avery’s sizzling romance as you’ve never seen it before, told exclusively from Cam’s perspective…

Cameron Hamilton is used to getting what he wants, especially when it comes to women. But when Avery Morgansten comes crashing into his life – literally – he finally meets the one person who can resist his soulful baby blues. But Cam’s not ready to give up – he can’t get this feisty and intriguing girl out of his head.

Avery has secrets, secrets that keep her from admitting the feelings Cam knows she has for him. What will it take to help him break down her barriers and gain her trust? Or will he be shut out of Avery’s life, losing his first real shot at the kind of love that lasts forever?

My review: I gave this book 5 out of 5 stars

Love love loved this book! I mean I’ve read all of the books so far in the series and very much love how realistic the relationships seem to be. Both Cam and Avery were the first two characters that we were introduced to in this series and the first relationship that you love from the get go. Of course you fall in love with Mr. Cam Hamilton from the first book “Wait for You”, which was written from Avery’s point of view. It seems to be the norm to hear the girls perspective when it comes to these books, but with this novella, which I ordered in paperback, you get the chance to read Cam’s point of view of when he first bumped into Avery, and I mean literally (Avery ran into him as she was running out of her class).
It was great to read from his point of view, because you never really get the chance to know what the guy is thinking and feeling. I LOVED his nickname for her, it was so cute! You’ll just have to read to find out what it is!
Trust in Me basically follows the same storyline, although of course there were gaps in this story because Avery was not always with Cam (hopefully that makes sense). I was probably slow on the uptake, but now I understand and appreciate the meaning of the titles from the series. “Wait for You” was Cam being patient and ready for Avery to be ready and put her past behind her, and “Trust in Me” was Cam’s hope that Avery would trust him enough to reveal elements of her past that she couldn’t share with anyone else.
After reading this I am hoping that there are more novellas written from the guys perspective of each book, because seriously, how awesome would that be!?! If you loved “Wait for You” then DEFINITELY read this book!!
